Chatcraft: turn WhatsApp chats into printable memory books
Chatcraft is the single app most users mention when they tell us what we built that mattered to them. Drop in a WhatsApp export, get a book-quality PDF with photos and stats. Parsing and rendering happen in the browser — nothing uploads.
Who it's for
Anyone who has an export of chats with a person who matters and wants to turn it into something they can hold, gift, or print.
What it does
Drop in a .zip export, pick a theme, and get a book-quality PDF with chat bubbles that preserve photos and voice-note timestamps, chapter dividers by date, and a stats page (longest streak, most-used emoji, who sent more). Pure keepsake, not analytics.
How we built it
The export parser runs entirely in a web worker — your chats never leave the tab. Rendering uses print-ready CSS with a controlled page break model, so the resulting PDF prints the same at home or at a shop.
