How quickly will I hear back?
We usually reply within one or two working days. Bug reports that block your work are prioritised.
What should I include in a bug report?
The product name, your browser or Android version, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the steps to reproduce it. A screenshot helps a lot.
Can I request a brand-new tool?
Yes, please do. Describe the problem you're trying to solve and how you handle it today — that helps us judge whether a new tool would make a real difference.
Do you offer support for schools or groups?
We're happy to help educators get started, share tips for classroom use and collect feedback from your learners. Choose “Education / classroom use” as the topic.
